Hope everyone is having a beautiful weekend! Despite today starting off rainy and frantic, our son's 2nd birthday party went off without a hitch today! It was certainly a sweet celebration with family & friends celebrating our Riley in a "Candyland" themed party. From toys galore to books and puzzles and piles of boxes from Janie & Jack, our son is truly loved by many and I am very appreciative of the support and love that is constant to my husband, our son and myself. Tomorrow I think my mother (who is visiting from out of town), the baby and myself might take a stroll around town and do some shopping while hubby is working...or it's going to be the perfect lazy day to do absolutely nothing!

Being aware of the fact modeling career rarely lasts long (Kate, Linda and a few others are just wonderful exception from the rule) models try to find other spheres of life in which they can succeed, and usually these spheres are close to modeling. Andrej Pejic, whose career started just a few seasons ago, decided to try himself in acting and this wouldn’t be a cameo role. He would play the lead part in a movie version of Honoré de Balzac’s classic novel Séraphit. Although nothing has been confirmed yet it is reported that Andrej Pejic was approached by French director Florence Dewavrin who offered the young model to star in the film which focuses on an androgynous beauty which is loved by both men and women.

Well now I guess that sister Ashley is joining Mary-Kate for double cover issues of Elle UK April 2012. I am totally falling for those amazing Prada jackets they are wearing- love them!
