So I'm here at Gymboree and of course it's Wednesday, the slowest day of the week and I am by myself for 5 hrs. I cant run to the back room to restock, use the bathroom, nada.So far I have sung alone to "Barbra Manatee" and "High Silk Hat" 6 times each ( Veggie Tales DVD that's on re-play all day) and - actually found myself mutung the tv to listen to the 150+ family friendly song list the mall is playing. Mariah and the Jonas Bros. Are actually my entertainment. I spent my opening half hour doing the morning paperwork, checking voicemails, calling UPS and Fed Ex for pickups and edited the schedule. It's an hour in and I am ready to go crazy. With 2 hrs sleep, I am exhausted and every single item and rack in this store is dust free and in size order. My blackberry is my saving grace. People, PerezHilton, Popsugar, Facebook, etc. Checked. I will say that I feel like I personally know the Gosselin family from Jon and Kate Plus 8 and the fact that their marriage is in trou le half shocks me and half doesn't surprise me. Kate slaps Jon and overpowers him, and he acts like a dumb child. Neither are good examples of a healthy marriage for their kids, who are all adorable, even Maddy the brat. Now he might be cheating and her too. Well I can see why really. Her obsessiveness over "organic" and cleanliness is nuts and the woman has a stick up her butt even when baking. Jon is a sucker for those kids who walk over him. It's sad. Another reality couple bites the dust. Oh goody a customer...nm they wanted to find The Water Show. :(

Hey guys!! 

We have an official wedding date!!! October 16, 2010!!! I am so excited !!!! Matt and I met with the priest at my church and had our pre-marriage counseling. We took the compatability test (pointless) and we were written in pen, to the church's wedding date book. We had to go to a weekend retreat that is sort of mandatory, but it gives us a couple days together again, and we can choose when we are going to go. Also, our wedding party is complete!!!
Maid of honor: my sister, Patty
Best Man: Matt's best friend, Nick
Bridesmaids: my bff from high school/college, Ashley, and my two friends from college, and the most fashionably sweetest girls I know, Kate & Kelly, and of course, Matt's sister, my mini-twin, Kathleen :)
Groomsmen: Matt's amazing brother Brian, his cousin Justin, and his friends Dave & Josh..
Flowergirls: because they are twins, we are double lucky to have his little cousins Sienna & Grayson, who will be 4 in September
Ring Bearer: Matt's little cousin, A.J. Adorable. :)

Thanks to our families and friends for all the thoughts, wishes, cards, flowers, and love and support you guys have all shown!!! :) we are having a ball starting the planning and cannot believe how fast the time has gone already! we have been engaged almost a month already! crazy!!
